This won't help the men, but Lightspeed just closed submissions on a Kickstarter project for Women Destroy SF. They've funded two other projects, Women Destroy Fantasy and Women Destroy Horror. I'm putting the link for their submissions page here:

I attempted to get in the Women Destroy SF with "I Am Not Here to Write This to You," a flash piece about what if an accident had happened a moment before, and "It All Started the Day Big Corn Met," as a reprint already published in
Ad Astra.
They have three categories: original flash, original shorts, and reprints. Keep an eye out for when those submissions open up - cause I know we have some fantastic (female) fantasy writers here!
