Well, during our excursion to Saskatoon bookstores, I bought books 2 and 3 of the Tidal Lords series by Jennifer Fallon. I'm very anxious to start reading - I quite enjoyed book 1. Now to find the time to read.

I'm hesitant to start it until I know all three are out, lol. I do have the first ;)

All three are out - I bought books 2 and 3 :P

Book 2 - The Gods of Amyrantha
Book 3 - The Palace of Impossible Dreams

And oops, it's Tide Lords (not Tidal Lords)

Well then! I guess I'll have something to spend my Christmas money on :P

EDIT: Just discovered there are four, lol. They all seem to be out, though! (Fourth is called The Chaos Crystal)

I've almost finished with book 1 of Tide Lords and all I can say is:

She's still got it! (she = Ms. Fallon, it = jaw-dropping talent) ;)

I may even buy the other three books instead of downloading them onto Kindle. I haven't decided...

Actually I have preferred her other books to the Tide Lords series. I still have to get book 4 in it. And I can't say they are boring, but I LOVED the characters in the Lion of Sennet series, and the Demon Child, and the Wolfblade series. I guess a real artist spreads her talent around. At least she is capable of writing radically different stories.

I find it on par with Wolfblade/Demon Child, though nothing but nothing compares to Lion of Senet...
